Limes are one of the most refreshing flavors especially when it is hot outside. While lime extracts & essential oils are often used in perfumes, cleaning products & in aromatherapy, we much prefer them as a flavor in our ultra delicious key lime frozen yogurt. Cambacica (Coereba flaveola) é uma espécie da famÃlia Fringillidae, a única do gênero Coereba. Ela mede até 11 cm.Tem o dorso marrom, o peito e o abdome amarelos, o pescoço cinza e a cabeça listrada preta e branca, não apresentando diferenças na plumagem em relação aos machos e fêmeas. No sul do Brasil é chamada de Sebinho.
Distribui-se por todo o Brasil, habitando tanto florestas naturais quanto ambientes urbanos (parques e jardins), tecendo ninhos em forquilhas ou pendurados em pontas de galhos (pendular).
Alimenta-se predominantemente de néctar e de pequenos insetos. Tem o costume de se aproveitar também das garrafas de água com açúcar destinadas a beija-flores. A criação em cativeiro é extremamente difÃcil.

No flickr Group Roulette today for me. they invade the Freestyle Walking group, a group dedicated to the art of free running. I did attempt a couple of shots, I had the camera set up and on timer so that at the right moment I would run towards the wall at the back of my house that forms an L shape with the garage and run onto one wall then hop onto the next. However I couldn't get the timing right and it looked lame. Plus I couldn't think of a word begining with R that I could associate with it, so instead I got myself a beer from the fridge and decided that we are not all meant to be free runners!

On a hot day, not much is better (sans alcohol, that is) than a cold glass of water with a lemon slice in 'er. Enjoy alone, or with a friend!
We went to Alsace in France these easters. We were so lucky with the weather, 20-25 in celcius and sun all the time.
This picture is taken in a square in the city Colmar, Alsace. As you can see the children play in the fountain to cool down.
