While at the Houston zoo this tiger keep jumping in and out of the water I guess to cool off. I did not know that tigers were so comfortable in the water.

Brasserie : Fort Lapin
Founded by Kristof Vandenbussche in late 2011, the brewerys Fort Lapin has been named after an old fortress located nearby Bruges, built in 1665 with the aim of protecting Bruges and destroyed in 1782 under the orders of the emperor Joseph II.

* Blanche Fort Lapin
see : Murky and generous head.
smell : Cumil, well balanced. Coriander and cumin.
taste : Refreshing because of spices and water, lemon, some yeast.
* Fort Lapin Tripel
see : Pale blond colour
smell : Fruity and malty notes, touch of graininess.
taste : Slight bitter taste some green apple notes, yeasty finish.
* Fort Lapin Rouge
see : Clear red amber beer
smell : Floral and spicy notes
taste : Sour at start then floral and very spicy, ending with potpourri flavours
* Fort Lapin Kriek
see : Nice red colour. Generous pink head
smell : Cherry aroma
taste : Not very sweet, sour and refreshing
