Waiting for a pre-holiday haircut at the Westminster Barber Shop. I love the scents of these old aftershaves.

A test roll with one of my father's old cameras, an original Rolleiflex SL35 (German made). I've read that the original SL35 is internally very similar to the Pentax Spotmatic. Most Rollei SLRs do not have a good reputation for long-term reliability; fortunately this body is working just fine despite sitting unused for almost 10 years.

When I look at the water drops hanging down the roses I really felt as if I was refreshed. Also I thought of Korea after it rained. It always smelled so refreshing.

refreshing

Hunter's Canyon Hike - off the beaten path, uncrowded and beautiful! Perfect for dogs, if spring is running.

Day 156 - After a few good hours alone, candles lit, book cracked open, music just a oozing out beautifully... I am finally refreshed. I have had a moody week - for a few hundred reasons - and now I feel that I am back :)

South side of the Gervais Street bridge. It's convenient, accessible, and free. Plenty of cold, clear water, direct from Lake Murray. (See the note... the graffiti on the support span was apparently put there 36 years ago, in early March 1971. These adventurous boys almost certainly approached the bridge in a boat during a flood...otherwise it's way too dangerous to be climbing down from the road, or too hard trying to climb up the support. Upon further observation, I have noticed that the brother (John) of the first signer (Dwight Adkins) appears vertically on the left side of the inscription. Further, I maintain that the inscription "FBI" may perhaps indicate that rather poorly documented, but surely widespread institution known as "Female Body Inspectors".)

No entiendo a los expertos de marketing, tantos master, posgrados, conferencias internacionales, psicología de masas para poner un mensajito que en vez de darme la pulsión o tentación de comprar, me invitan a pensar bien en ellos y toda su parentela.

I don't understand marketing experts, many masters, postgrades, international conferences, mass psychology to stamp a little message in a bottle cap ("go on participating") that instead of giving me the drive or temptation to buy, they invite me to think about them and their relatives.

Se terminó la cuenta free, mis fotos se caen, pero pueden verlas todas en mi grupo.

My flickr free account is out, my firsts pics disappear, but you can see them all here.

The last days I've been at the "Hubland" here in Würzburg in the late afternoon. A very nice place for relaxation!

I've been sitting right here:

The atmosphere here is completely peaceful and I need that at the moment - for a precious period of time in my daily routine ...

Sometimes I read the newspaper, sometimes I check the news on my handy - sometimes I simply watch the men playing volleyball or basketball. In any case it's pleasantly refreshing staying there!

Today is a very strange day -

good things and bad things happen:

I am not sure if I was sleepwalking in the middle of the last night, at 04.00 o'clock. These are rare occasions in my life and usually I do it if I urgently miss and search something or someone important.

Then in the morning I Iet fall - how many things? Three or four at least! And I thought: "... hopefully nobody will let me dump down... "

And at lunch time my doctor called me and told me that my recent blood test wasn't perfect

but was rather okay - juhu!

:-)

So an upcoming teeth - surgery won't be a problem.

Lots of moving things, you see.

Have a nice day too.
