A reflection shot on the Hoc Roc Creek in Gravenhurst, Ontario,CA.

Though there are some mini-reflection shots in there.

I was trying to do an arty reflection shot in Bob's sunglasses ... not a complete success ...

My first water drop reflection shot.

Thought I would grab a reflection shot and saw this dinosaur creeping up on me!

Reflections shot through a piece of beamsplitter glass. These are not double exposures or photoshop composites.

I like these reflection shots so I have to be redundant and post them both.

Another reflection shot.... This one is on the Grand Canal from my Office

Reflection shot off the smooth, polished granite wall of a building on E. 48th Street.

The Standard, Downtown Los Angeles

I'm not fully sure why, but I have been craving a reflection shot of this building for the past few weeks. When I wake up in the morning, the air is still, and I figure today will be the day for mirror-like water. But by the time I head to work, that's just not the case anymore due to slight winds kicking up. So today, I just said screw it, and we can live with the reflection the is blurred by the <5 mph winds that are just enough to disturb the surface.

Combined 3 exposures in Nik HDR Efex Pro, cleaned up with Topaz DeNoise, and some color adjustments in Aperture.

I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of reflection shots. I don't know if this was a pool of water left over from Sandy or what but it made an excellent surface for the shot.

A reflection shot from inside of my house main door window

This was a window reflection shot in the Ecole Militaire. I think there's some cross-polarization going on here, the colours are close to what they came out in-camera.

A shot from an old car show... sometime in the last year.

This is actually a self-portrait. Kind-of a Where's Waldo thing... I think that's the most annoying part of reflection shots. ;)

Photographers obligatory reflection shot. ;)

And I love Reflection shots :D

yeah, this is daily self portrait #2 but I love confusing indoor/outdoor reflection shots.

A love the vibrant orange colored wall. This is a mirror reflection shot.

This, is what you call a REALLY crappy reflection shot. This took minimal effort. In fact, the only effort it took was me holding up my camera, pressing the button, and facing the sliding glass door. Brush my hair? nope! change outta my pajama pants? nope! nada in the effort department.

THEN... I discovered (the next day) that this was my day 100 shot. Okay, can't believe this was my day 100 shot. I'll do something better to celebrate my day 102 or something.

I've been snowed in and spent the last 4 of 5 days at my friend Angie's house.... so I've pretty much been "dialing it in" for my 365. Behold, some crappy 365 shots...but I did have some fun taking some shots of the snow!]

*I"ll add descriptions and details in the next couple of days!

After torrential overnight rain Saturday morning 6/10/2012 dawned sunny and calm and its time for reflection. At the WSR Autumn Gala SDJR No 88 pilots Black 5 No 45379 past flooded fields at Ker Moor with a train for Bishop's Lydeard.

This is another building reflection shot from my walk around Glendale last weekend. This property title company has a building with particularly great windows. They're glazed in such a way that the center portion of each window is a reflective copper color with a surrounding frame that reflects blue.

The building is particularly striking in the setting sun. I was actually a few minutes too late to capture the best light but you can see a bit of the sunset light on the right side.

Another river reflection shot in Bairnsdale, VIC.

Nice rear end reflection shot (MD Grooming plus AW plus 521)

More reflection shots of me @ LV Premium Outlets.

Always trying to find more interesting reflection shots. Tar bubbles. Get some!

Getting on the bus to the landing strip to fly back to vegas from the Grand Canyon.

Trust me to get the dent right on my reflection.

I was excited to get a reflection shot like this. For whatever reason, I love reflections. Lucky for me, Alex was so into whatever he was looking at (probably "the dress" - he is determined to see blue & black!) that he didn't really move and I got in a couple shots.

Day 59

My reflection shot (and my picture for the day!)

Macro Mondays: Reflection. Shot of the still creek with the reflected trees in focus. The fuzzy dot was a spot of foam bubbles on the surface.

Reflection shot inside MyZeil shopping center, Frankfurt, Germany, June 23, 2012

Was lucky enough to have calm water for a reflection shot.

I put off my shot until the last day and turns out the day was overcast and windy. Not the best for getting a reflection shot, but then I saw this guy at Theta Pond on the OSU campus. Thankfully, he wasn't very shy.
