A foggy morning in Canberra on election day. I wasn't planning to shoot the war museum but passed it between locations and the mist looked awesome!
I love the lines in this one: the ridges, the fog and the sun rays in yellow.

A really beautiful sunset last July. With all that has happen in our World last year, this was a great rays of sunshine.
Lenticular rays on a cloudy evening at Peggy's Cove. Since I only had my 50mm at the time this has been cropped a bit..
The sun goes down over the West Cumbrian Coast leaving its rays sweeping over Morecambe Bay. This fishing boat was named "Hope" and made a nice foreground feature as it lay on the silty mud of the foreshore at low tide.
Having some PINK fun, it's amazing what you can learn around here when you just ask, gotta love FLICKR! ;)

The sun was shining through the hazy air in a small valley. What looked like snow flakes were thousands and thousands of airborne seeds of a kind of alpine cottongrass.

This ray of light became visible yesterday for about 10 minutes while I was taking photos at the beach.

After the snow showers had passed by, they were replaced with these fabulous crepuscular rays. Curbar Edge.
Wells Creek Falls is around the corner formed by the rock wall in the background. There is a rough boot trail of sorts through some of the brush on the way there, and yes there was grouching from certain quarters along the way. The sun burst over the tree canopy as we were heading back and I had to stop to get this shot. I think I like it better than any images I got of the falls.
