I cannot rave about this guy enough. For this "dish" he drops pureed raspberries into liquid nitrogen and then has one of those electric hand whisks to blend them as they freeze (causing lots of cool dry-ice to spill out of his vacuum cauldron). He then freezes the wooden board and chops up the raspberry cocaine further. Finally he freezes some glass tubes and you use them to suck up a line. Amazing. It would make such a cool dinner party performance. He said that goose liver worked well too, served on something sweet.

One pin to rule them all. All you need do is fire softTone at the pin: softToneWrite(pin,1000) and you get light! Okay, it's a bit more complex than that. And don't forget to hook up ground!

Once the whole berry is dark, that means they're ready for eatin'.
The raspberry is the edible fruit of a multitude of plant species in the genus Rubus of the rose family, most of which are in the subgenus Idaeobatus; the name also applies to these plants themselves. Raspberries are perennial with woody stems.

We had these for dessert, and noticing the little hairs I kept the last two to take a macro picture. My lovely other half who has resigned himself with having an ever photographing wife thought this was an exceptionally weird photo subject :-)
Am only now noticing that the second one is cut off rather abruptly and distractingly on white :-(
