A fan has his cell phone out to capture an image of westbound Union Pacific auto rack train in Rochelle, Illinois. Note the former Milwaukee Road caboose on display at left.
the question is, would this work?

Most every data center has a rack where the random stuff goes. This is ours. These are the SCCM server (and database storage), our three spam firewalls, two or three app-specific systems, one requiring a dongle(!), the Mac servers, and video storage for the Athletics department.
A fun, fast train chase is one of the great joys of life...especially when it's vintage, like RJ Corman's gorgeous red-and-sliver tuxedo F-units from the Old Kentucky Dinner Train.
A bonus opportunity...a l-o-o-n-g loaded CSX auto rack train splits the signals at HK Tower before heading north up the former L&N LCL to Cincinnati.
We racked our wine a few weeks ago. Early in January we will rack it
again and then about a month from that point the wine gets bottled up.
I picked up the black one for a $1 at the thrift shop. I believe it was a wall mount DVD rack but now it's a earring rack. The smaller silver one is a broken CD rack heading the same direction.

This rack at Kungyoku-do, a four centuries-old incense shop, is a copy of a Heian era object. It is lacquered wood with makie designs and cords. As you can see, the rack can be folded up for easy storage. You lay clothing over the rack, light the incense and your clothes will have a subtle perfume.
I've seen this guy around the park (but not for a while). I thought his right antler was missing this year, but it's actually there (look closely).

Rack of Lamb with a dill coating served with mashed peas with mint, and sweet potato spiced with nutmeg
Yesterday, I installed my wall-mounted bike rack. The wood is screwed into the studs, and then the coated hooks are screwed into the wood. Still need to install the "kickboard" to keep the rear wheels from scuffing up the soon-to-be-painted walls.
Rack is complete. Main structure, headlamp mounting tab, switchbox tab, plus wire guides. Can you guess what I used to make the wire guides? ;)
Depth charges rack astern.
USS Kidd, a museum ship in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This Fletcher class destroyer was commissioned in 1943, saw service in WWII and Korea, and was decommissioned in 1962. This destroyer is the only one preserved in her WWII configuration and has been at this location as a museum ship since 1989.
Carnival equipment owned by Big Rock Amusements in position at the fair. I was on the grounds for work setting up a booth. Since my wife had to work, I stayed here to snap a few pictures of the set up process.
4 racks, one mite.
1. 10x8 rack for a Swift Ozette+Ruthworks minirando bag, on a Jeff Lyon custom low trail fork (needs crown mount+light mount.)
2. 10x8 rack for an Elephant NFE
(needs crown mount+light mount+wire guides.)
3. 11x9 rack for Outpost Richmond (finished, waiting on payment and one fitting question)
4. 12x12x12(ish) triangular rack for a Swift/Ocean Air Docena, on a Rick Jones custom low-trail fork (need fork leg stays, light mount, adjustment and brazing of fork crown mountpoints. I'm using a Pacenti PBP crown as a jig here, because the frame it's going on is one frame down in my frame queue and I might as well use the thing for something useful until I get a week to glue that frame together.))
I need to finish off the three partial racks tomorrow, clean all 4 of 'em, paint three, then send them off to their destinies. But Dust Mite stays here.
