This dude is sporting the classic HK Sevens outfit of throwing on a bunch of random stuff from his girlfriend's closet. I think it works.

A midwinter afternoon with an approaching snowstorm. Yes, it was actually this flat and desaturated.

These two brothers and their parents were very fun candid portrait clients. The boys were real characters. There was a hole in the sand left behind someone, so one brother got volunteered to be photographed in it.

Easter is a very tricky time for me. On the one hand, I get very emotional thinking about Jesus being beaten, humiliated and ultimately killed on the cross. He willingly made that sacrifice so I need only to sincerely ask for forgiveness and it shall be given. He did this for EVERYONE in the whole world - including YOU! It's also the time when we I get all over-excited and celebrate Christ's resurrection and the promise of eternal life.
...On the other hand, there's chocolate in large amounts!
A serious message: it's too easy to get carried away with the whole chocolate egg thing and forget the real message of Easter.
A silly photo with a serious message!
I went through all 68 channels and the only thing on is some guy telling me I need to get a converter box (LOL) Seriously, I am watching KYW's 'nightlight' on a TV that has not been turned on since my father died almost three years ago. The remote is dead. I put in a fresh set of batteries and still nothing. I had to work the controls from the front.
Okay kids, pay attention now - this is how us Old Timers recieved television signals. You and you new fangled Internet and Bittorrents. . . .

I remember as a kid (and even as an adult) not looking forward to Sundays. I definitely loved getting to wake up late & being able to enjoy the day, but knowing that I had to wake up early the next day to start the school (or work) week always made me feel kind of sad. I felt this especially more when there was a birthday party or a holiday like Easter on that Sunday.
Since working for myself I don’t get sad when the end of the weekend approaches. I’m able to work at what I love & that motivates me to try my best at all times. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend & got to enjoy it with friends and family!! :D
Shot with a Canon 5D Mark II, a 24-105mm f/4 lens and one off-camera flash.
Seriously, I photoshopped this to reduce contrast. A bright morning sun, yellow trees, and a GND really made things pop. A bit more than I anticipated.
But really, it did look like this.
Better large, perhaps.
