With a portrait of a person, usually eyes. But with a portrait of a cat, and should it be the eyes or the nose? On this particular case, more on the nose? She has that salmon color nose while her eyes closed... hmmmm ...
Com 16 votos favoráveis, a Câmara de Vereadores de Itajaí aprovou, em primeira discussão, o Projeto de Lei Ordinária nº 116/2019. O projeto, de autoria do Executivo Municipal, altera a composição do Conselho Municipal de Turismo, incluindo entre os membros uma vaga para a Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico e outra para Visite Itajaí Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Com 17 votos favoráveis, foi aprovado o Requerimento nº 43/2019, do vereador Tonho da Grade (Progressistas). O vereador requer o envio de ofício à Auto Pista Litoral Sul-ARTERIS, e à Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) para que respondam se há projeto de prolongamento do acesso da alça, na marginal da BR-101 - KM118, sentido Sul-Norte, defronte ao número 6267.
Vereador questiona prestação de garantia em processos licitatórios da Prefeitura
De autoria do vereador Murilo Pereira (PP), foi aprovado o Requerimento nº 71/2019, com 18 votos favoráveis. Tendo em vista que a Lei Federal nº 8.666/93 prevê que a autoridade competente pode exigir prestação de garantia nas contratações de obras, serviços e compras, o parlamentar questiona se a Prefeitura de Itajaí tem feito essas exigências nas licitações. Além disso, o vereador solicita uma relação com os processos licitatórios iniciados a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2017 e concluídos até o momento, diferenciando os que foram feitas as exigências.

Aprovado com 17 votos favoráveis o Requerimento nº 88/2019, de autoria do vereador Fabrício Marinho (Cidadania). O vereador solicita às Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina S/A (Celesc) que realize um estudo técnico presencial para verificar a necessidade da substituição dos transformadores em toda a extensão da rua Mário Bento dos Passos, no bairro Cordeiros. O vereador solicita a instalação de transformadores mais potentes, tendo em vista as quedas constantes de energia no local.

A good logo is the logo that is able to build and develop a positive emotional bond with great energy and has a meaning that is very deep, strong, distinct (Differential) Character, easily understandable, easily recognizable, has a strong attraction when they first appear Logo , and able to create a good impression in the period of time.
- Logo is a very fundamental as the identity of a Brand in Brand Package System, because the logo is a sign/ main visual symbol that makes us recognize a brand. I am not actually uploading assignment photos as I don't feel like I have it all down yet. I do feel like I have a lot of questions though, so I hope that is ok with everyone!!
According to what I tagged in these pics this is the same autowb as the other pic I just posted. They were taken within minute of each other. So curious what makes the light so blue in this one??? It is just more flat? Because it was through a window and the other was an open door??
It is definitely flat boring winter light in both instances.
I am just not completely sure if this is a white balance thing or exposure thing. I see my ISO was super high here (and my f stop too low for me to get her eyes in focus ;) )
