Question Mark Butterly

Do all the QuarterFest participants love Curt Pate as much as we do? Here, the clinician takes questions from a group of fans after his ranch roping clinic concluded on Friday afternoon. That's another great thing about QuarterFest -- the accessibility of all the clinicians.

The question: How can I create natural light still life photos in a surreal or supernatural sense? Furthermore, how does the use of only natural light influence the composition and detail of a subject and how can I take advantage of this to create better photos for my assignment?

The answer: The surreal nature of this photo is derived from the floating faucet and the water coming from nowhere. For natural light, this was taken in the morning by the window and I wanted both of my subjects to be evenly lit.

I properly identified the question mark as belonging to Chance, in Monopoly. Alison was like, totally impressed.

After the Odyssey Medal Convocation, Dr. Tom Goodwin held a question and answer session with Odyssey Medal recipients, Dr. John Byrd and Dr. Omer Shedd for all Hendrix faculty, staff and students. October 22, 2015.

Two Scholastic Kid Reporters listed to a question post from the moderator.

Banana Slugs are herbivores, feeding on the vegetation in the area.

I think the plants are the most influential species in the area because not only do they act as food for the lower trophic level herbivores, but they are also habitat for a majority of the species so without plants the ecosystem would die. If an invasive species moved in that competed for space, all the other organisms would decrease in population size because there wouldn't be enough food and shelter. The slugs are predator limited, and the ivy and fungi are density-dependent limited.

Question about site: Is there any significance as to why the ivy, which is home to the banana slugs, is only present along the surrounding steep hillsides, but not in the flat part of the site?

buzzer.....wrong answer....no pts
