This was a 5K put on by the San Antonio Road Runners on July 18, 2009 in San Antonio. It was a Women's only 5K. The weather was pleasant after the blistering heat of the last few day and a great run through a beautiful part of San Antonio. Lots of participants of all ages. Sally Rios did a most commendable job as Race Director. I certainly had fun photographing it.

We put up the Christmas tree! The garland is made from cranes from a thousand cranes I folded in the 1980s; all the other decorations are mandalas I have designed and folded. If you want to fold pretty decorations like these... buy my book, "Magnificent Origami Mandalas", on Amazon! #origami #Christmas #Christmastree #christmasornaments
