A little mouth puppet for my grand nephew, Bobby, who is obsessed with Curious George and monkeys in general. Thought I would make a Curious Georgina, because everyone should have a sister.( Mine is his grandmother.)
These puppets also totally ruled, because their heads glowed and their vine-feet went all the way to the ground, moved by the puppeteer's own legs. Surrounding these tall pumpkin guys were people swinging dangly tiny pumpkins off of tall vines. God bless puppeteers.

Here is one of my final puppets, the clothing is all hand made using scrap fabrics and beading. I did some delicate embroidery on the top. The heads were sculpted by myself using fine detail. I added beads in the eyes to make them feel more alive. The hands and feet were made out of metal, they had hooks.
Die vier Puppen bzw. Stofftiere Cuddles, Rocko, Buttons und Bill haben alle eine hochkriminelle Vergangenheit und sind irgendwie nicht ganz richtig im Kopf. Deshalb wurden sie zur Resozialisierung beim Therapeuten Dan einquartiert. Immer Di. & Fr. auf 3min!

For the first time, we actually caught one of the puppet shows at Children's Fairyland. This was the "How The Little Dipper Came To Be." It was pretty cute, and Evan liked it.
