Another Bell Punch resurrection! This machine had been discarded as unrepairable, but an hour or so let me discover that it had been wrongly assembled. The next puzzle was to work out how it should be - and now it works. Just need to find a couple of missing tiny screws to complete the job.

Went out for one last harvest this past weekend and picked 110 pounds of Petit Sirah in the local hills. Here I am, punching down the cap on Day 4 of the primary fermentation.
