RDX freestanding punch bag set up as a compact home training station, finished in an all-black look with the subtle oversized RDX branding running down the striking column. It’s the tall 6ft style bag, designed to give you a long, continuous target for straight punches, hooks and body shots, while also being high enough for higher-line work and light kick practice. The main cylinder sits on a heavy pedestal base, and the whole thing is made to live in a corner of a room without needing wall mounts or ceiling chains — just drop it into position and it’s ready whenever you are.
What I like about this design is how “engineered” it feels for indoor use. The base is a large, ribbed, low-profile drum that you can fill for ballast (RDX’s own spec graphics show up to 80L of water or up to 150kg of sand), and the underside uses a multi-cup suction layout that’s intended to spread the footprint and reduce sliding on smooth floors. The product infographics also highlight features aimed at comfort and durability: a layered striking surface with impact diffusion (including thick foam padding and internal textile filling), plus protective outer materials and a weather-resistant construction theme, which fits the idea of a bag that can take thousands of repeated hits without quickly looking battered. In my photos the bundle is completed with matching RDX gloves and hand wraps, making it feel like a full “first boxing setup” rather than just a single item.
Overall, it’s a brilliant bit of kit for building a beginner routine at home: short rounds, steady pacing, working on basic technique, coordination, and cardio without having to leave the house. It’s practical, space-efficient, and it photographs well too — the tall matte black column and chunky base give it that clean, modern “home gym” aesthetic.
Raspberry Punch - BST: 7" diameter flower on a 60" bush.
I was a couple of days late taking this picture, its a little past its prime (you can see that the center has opened.)
The ADS call Raspberry Punch an FD, but Swan calls it a Steller.
Whatever it is, I love it. Its prolific, and last year bloomed early. I call it a "neon" red.

It feels nice taking the old Bug out for a spin knowing I'll brighten the lives of those that delight in shouting "Punch Buggy" before sharing the love with someone near.
Devils Punch Bowl is an unmarked spot coming down off Independence Pass. All we had to watch for was a mile marker. By the amount of socks laying around it looked like alot of other people had found it as well. You can go swimming in here but we didn't as it was getting late in the afternoon.
