Carolina Pulled Hotdog from Hiroshi's Pub - Elsenbero Gourmet Black Angus Hot Dog layered with house pulled pork, Cole slaw a splash of cider vinegar. Garnished w/ fried onion straws & served w/ a side of BBQ Sauce.
Got mine with a side of Potato Salad for Mark's leaving lunch.
It's cold out today, and we couldn't get the heat up enough, so now it's wrapped in some fiberglass insulation. Okay, that's not an Alton Brown suggestion, but he's in Georgia, we are in New Hampshire. I think if I had a trash can the next size up, I'd put this whole set up in it and it would be perfect.
My son is coming over tomorrow, and I promised him some pulled pork to take home, but the hurricane coming has made actually producing it a bit tricky!

BBQ pulled pork, topped with an onion ring and fresh tomato on a bed of mixed herbs and a dash of Dijon mayo. Served with (truffled) fries on the side.
The pulled pork was amply spiced - a tad too amply in my opinion, with Chinese five-spices.
Slow braised pulled pork sandwich with KC Masterpiece sauce, Stubbs Pork Marinade and Ketchup. Garlic bread sourdough baquettes and potato wedges.

I tried the large pulled pork sandwich for my first meal at True Texas BBQ (a restaurant found inside our local HEB supermarket). I should have bought the small; this thing was huge. It was among the best-tasting pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had. The potato salad was "okay" -- nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either.
