Marking the 2nd Anniversary of the war in Iraq. Protesters marched along 42nd Street to the Recruiting Station in the middle of Times Square where 29 of them layed down in front of the station in an act of civil disobedience. They were arrested and led off in handcuffs.
Protesters closed off one of the busiest intersections by hijacking buses. They where armed with just baseball bats, metal pipes, and large pieces of wood. Only one bus driver was injured and rushed to the hospital. The protesters didn't let any vehicle pass. If they happen to be in a motorcycle they would be asked to get off it and walk by if they wanted to pass. This went on from noon till sun sett. The reason for this was due to land issues in the state of Oaxaca.
Occupy Honolulu protester Lucas Miller getting arrested. He was held for 20 hours and reports that he was released without being charged.

Protest rally called by Mining Dependents at Kranti Circle, KTC Panaji on 19.3.18. Supreme Court stopped all mining activities effective 16.3.18 after cancelling all mining permits. The village of Beitin is located less than five minutes from Ramallah. Overlooking the city from the northeast, Beitin is sandwiched between the two settlements Bet El, which also contains a military base, and Ofra. The main road between Beitin and Ramallah has been closed by an Occupation checkpoint, forcing residents from Beitin and surrounding villages to travel nearly a half-hour on an agricultural road to reach the city.
Residents held a protest against this closure. Hundreds marched toward the checkpoint, and were almost immediately attacked by Occupation forces.
Taken near the West End neighborhood, after polics pushed the protesters away from Granville. No violence, just some screaming.
Campaigners from the World Development Movement and People & Planet protesting at Threadneedle Street RBS branch in the heart of the City with a dramatic 'tar sands digger' on a tour of the RBS branch, the Treasury and the House of Commons to highlight the need to 'Get our money out of blood oil now'.
