I have been really getting into cables, so I was searching for a hat pattern that included some. After the ribbing, I read the title - "Child's Cable hat". :( So I increased every other stitch, and now it's going to be a slouchy beret!

Simple stockinette socks, started last night at the knitting group that I went to. :)

working on making it work, ya know? I'm going to complete the tryptic with big ole blue+triangle+unknown.

This is a piece I painted when I was probably 10. I am putting him back together, filling in the gaps, remaking the base and starting over with fresh paint. It should be fun.

I'm really loving how this is all coming together. I only have two more steps to do to get caught up. I should be able to tackle them Boxing Day.

YAY! All of my detail work is finished! Now all I have to do is wax (first the details of these 20 small pieces, then the bottoms of the other 30 bigger pieces) and dip into the glaze!

Day 156: Thanks to Sharon and Brian (and a little bit of stripping from me), life in the foyer has improved a bit.
