To make the several shades of brown stretch to fill the bunny I am swirling them together. Looks good!
The belly was the first part i worked, it got badly damaged while I learned and looked craptastic. After removing the bad yarn job I backed the holey part with more monks cloth and reworked it. Now it not only looks better it is more structurally sound. The bunny needs to be done today. Butterflys will be added at some point and then borders.
First three pages of 16 that I owe Rafer. I've decided to pencil through the week and ink on the weekends, when I have larger chunks of time.

This is what I have done so far on my next queen sized quilt. It is raining this morning so I will probably spend the day in the sewing room.
It may not look like it, but this is my husband smiling...a rare capture on film so I decided it would be the perfect picture to draw for his Christmas present. I am making good progress on this picture. One of his eyes is off a bit...driving me crazy trying to figure out how to make it right. It happens every time...one eye doesn't want to cooperate. And shading on the arms is not good yet...plus not finished with the black shirts. But it's getting there!

Here are the cows and egg cups in progress. I painted half of the cows and all the egg cups last night, and tonight I will put them in the oven to set them. I discovered that I really need a blue (and maybe a purple) paint pen, because my designs got fairly monotonous after a while. Plus, I couldn't figure out a good way to use the black on the cows - I thought drawing spots would be too cliche. I'm thinking I might try butterflies next, or another flower garden like the red tulips, but multicolored.
