Tim and I battled through some absolute knackeredness to fit all these IKEA shelves in my office today. It took so much work - we soon realised that neither the floor nor the wall were as flat or level as we'd assumed, and lots of adjustment was required to get everything to line up perfectly. We were so exhausted by late afternoon that we decided to save the last couple of shelf units for tomorrow, rather than risk messing it up, or injuring ourselves. Good progress though - and I'm going to have so much storage space...!
I am an absolute beginning knitter, but i'm really starting to like it! My first two projects are a hat and a scarf, both knit from my handspun yarn. Both are great practice and i'm improving daily. The scarf is moving right along, but the hat will force me to learn how to decrease and will hopefully pan out the right size without running out of yarn.
