Houses have been purchased by the school and are being bulldozed to make way for athletic fields.

If it goes the way things typically do, nothing will be salvaged out of the 4 or 5 houses. Not the light figures, not the double car aluminum insulated garage doors, not the kitchen cabinets, no hardware... If the backhoe has it's way - they will all be smushed without a second thought.

Grudgingly, tolerated.
