Progress shot of my model railway "Philip Vale"

Progress on my latest costume.. almost done!

From early rail tracks to today’s cars, The Lesner Bridge has been a major factor in transportation for the northern part of the city. The current renovation to the bridge is well underway and progressing well, all while keeping this important artery open.

A very lacey heel for Clue #2. I usually knit boring eye of partridge, so this is a nice change.

More progress of my MSD sized Naga tail.

Here I fixed not only the broken pieces, but also strenghtened thin pieces to avoid cracks or breaking later.

Also the very end of the tail already has a 'joint' for a hook or string later on.

I also started working on the joint on the second part, but it won't really be visible/recognizable until it's done.

Thoughts????

Progress on the dollhouse, so far. I pretty much got the most of the house put up between the time when I got home from work, and when Jeff got home from work.

Two Kansas City Southern EMD GP-40-3's (2831 & 2819) on a shunt move of about 20 Progress Rail SD70ACe-T4's.

Eccomi di ritorno!! Nahmeera ha dovuto un po' attendere, perché questi ultimi giorni ho lavorato per il forum di Barbie in cui sono mod. Ma adesso si comincia a cucire la gonna da danzatrice del ventre! ^__^

I am back!! Nahmeera had to wait a bit, because in the past days I worked for the Barbie forum where I am mod. But now I'm starting sewing the bellydancer gown! ^__^

St. Aphrodise is coming along nicely now. Hopefully fully restored in two weeks.

A view along the back of the garden .... there was a couple of old sheds and pergolas along this bit of garden, and a 6ft high fence. All gone now (about 35 cubic yards of rubbish) and a nice view out across the field. Just need the fence man to come along and re-profile the bank and put in the cleft chestnut fencing.

3 shot HDR.

Slow progress, despite being on CV19 lockdown, on the 1/48 Blenheim. The interior is coming along though.

The interior eau de nil green shade is a homemade mix, and dry brushed with Tamiya sky to bring out the highlights. Now it's all had a coat of gloss varnish once that's dry I'll add a dark wash.

My house really begins to take shape, and once complete the first floor will offer great views over the lake beyond.

The current City Hall building is a near-50-year-old structure that has served the city well but, in its current state, is functionally obsolete. Built in 1969, the current City Hall requires major renovations that are complicated by the presence of friable asbestos and the way the electrical and mechanical systems were installed.

On October 3, 2017, Virginia Beach city council unanimously approved a resolution to proceed with the design of a new city hall building. The new three-story structure adjacent to the current city hall, between Buildings 1 and 2, is under construction and progressing well.
