I took this of a sleeping gorilla at Animal Kingdom; he looked so peaceful; amongst the hundreds and thousands of people that peer and poke and prod at him at all hours of the day.

This is another lost viewpoint. The line may be clear but not this vantage point.

80079 & 43106 head the Welsh Marches Pullman past Ponthir on 26-2-83. This is working northbound from Newport to Hereford in the rain. 4930 Hagley Hall had earlier taken the train from Shrewsbury to Hereford.

I think this was one of the first workings with the Pullman stock making it a WMP and not the WME.

Along time since the SVR provided locos for the mainline!

My tiny workshop.

All these pieces of jewelry I designed around the ages of the recipients and the available materials, mostly scrap and odd bits left over from previous projects. I only bought new silver for Isabella's bangle

All the work was done with very strong craftsmanship. It stood the test of time and if it was sealed at the leaks ,I wouldn't be doing this job.

Trying it on as I'm sewing it up.. at the moment it looks like a sack ;)

Progress M-27M spacecraft, Brazil, may, 6

My progress so far on the coats! I am really loving them and they are fun to make. I went out and got a lot more felt today, so tomorrow I'll be sewing up a bunch more and listing the first batch either in the shop or on PP.

1929 edition of "The Pilgrim's Progress: From This World to That Which Is to Come" by John Bunyan. This is the Young People's Edition by David C. Cook Publishing Co, Elgin, Illinois.

"They came in sight of the lions, but before they reached them, the boys, who had been walking in advance, suddenly fell back, at which Great-heart said, 'Ho ho! You love to go manfully ahead when there is no danger, but fall back quickly as soon as the lions appear.'"

This cross stitch pattern is going to take awhile. One stitch at a time . . .

Transformers and capacitor banks installed.

progress on this biro drawing.

The girl in the foreground has made a lot of progress on her starts over the year our family has been part of The Claremont Cub swim team. A year ago she could barely lean forward into the pool from a sitting position on the deck.. Now she is able to make a dive off the block. She has an extreme phobia and has been able to work past it to do a dive off the blocks.

A new development under construction behind my home. I'm losing an open view but gaining a nice new wall..

Slowly but surely progress is being made. Reaching and stretching over the shafts is painful so I have to take frequent breaks while threading. I have found that listening to a good audio book helps keep my mind of the pain and my behind on the bench.
