Para o evento da IMOVELWEB realizado no ALMENAT EXTENSÃO CORPORATIVA foram selecionadas as seguintes performances:
1º dia - Integração, Descontração, Entrosamento e Motivação
Eu Sou MAIS VOCÊ
Em um programa de TV nos moldes mais populares, quando tudo acontecia ao vivo. O público conhecerá nosso apresentador Aparício Jr. Um apresentador nada discreito que apresenta o programa “Eu Sou Mais Você” com a ajuda de sua assistente XL Bundchen a famosa TOP Model que resolveu crescer junto com a IMOVELWEB.
Neste jogo cênico, os participantes receberão a proposta para produzir um comercial para a venda de um imóvel num inusitado local como, por exemplo: “uma casa no Deserto do Saára”. Uma lição divertida e que apresentará ótimos resultados.
Esta vivência visa estimular a integração dos participantes, através dos diversos elementos que envolvem uma produção, a conscientização do quanto é importante a percepção do outro, o trabalho em equipe, a informação e o planejamento, entre outros.
2º dia – Criatividade, Trabalho em Equipe e Técnicas de Vendas

Formado e reformado na universidade americana de Fritamburguer, Dudu vem especialmente ao Brasil a convite da IMOVELWEB para dar um workshop (alinhadas aos objetivos do CLIENTE) e ensinar a ginástica que está revolucionando os conceitos de atendimento, saúde, vida e alimentação.
A princípio, apresenta sua teoria de que é preciso estar “antenado” e acompanhar as mudanças do mundo, da ciência e dos conceitos. Dudu segue falando da importância do planejamento e dá dicas de como lidar com situações inesperadas e reconhecer o “responsável” pela ocorrência.
Manter o controle também é muito importante! É preciso também ginástica, muita malhação. Mas não essas séries ultrapassadas que vocês conhecem!!! Se preparem para aprender em primeira mão, a série de ginástica que vai transformar o corpo de vocês. Os músculos atualmente mudaram de lugar ( o must é na barriga e papada), e certamente farão sucesso com o sexo oposto (ou o mesmo se for o caso). A partir daí, Dudu convida a todos para fazerem a tal ginástica, com levantamento de cílios, flexão de dedos, rotação de fígado, e daí por diante. A série de ginástica culmina com todos os convidados dançando uma coreografia com uma música famosa.
Dudu apresentará de uma forma divertida e inusitada as situações do dia-a-dia, este contraste ajudará a inserir assuntos importantes como a qualidade de atendimento, a responsabilidade de cada colaborador, os problemas, a abordagem correta junto aos parceiros, entre outros.

Coral got her fair share of new toys for Christmas, too. She's almost 8 months old now, so she probably didn't understand all the hustle and bustle of the season, but she likes her new stuff.
Found this on the floor of a shed from an abandoned property i took shots at. That other object is part of another toy. Makes you wonder if whoever owned that misses it.

Production of silver-stain roundels became a significant industry between the fifteenth and seventeenth centuries in the Lowlands (present-day Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands). These examples were created in Flemish glass workshops for art-literate, bourgeois clients or civic buildings. Wealthy businessmen often presented them as gifts to friends and partners. Despite the secular contexts for which they were intended, these paintings on small translucent sheets of glass are usually biblical or apocryphal in theme, meant to be moralizing and cautionary. Mythological or allegorical stories were also popular themes.
Made from single pieces of clear glass, the roundels were coated with a silver stain (silver-sulfide compound) with clay or yellow ochre as the binding medium. The stain, applied to the exterior side of the panel, diffused into the molten glass when fired. Finally, Images were drawn on the surface, with some of the modeling and shading achieved by scraping away parts of the coating with a stylus, leaving areas of the glass transparent. The completed composition was touched up with another silver solution, which, depending on factors such as the amounts of paint used and the length of firing, left a pale yellow, gold or amber stain.

we received a package for aina today, and it's the birthday presents from her grandparents and her uncle and aunt in Australia. she got about 6 new books and she couldn't get enough of them.
in the picture, there are two of them. one of the book is actually a small folder filled with 12 little books. it's called My Alphabet Carry Case. she looooves it.
the one further down is titled: Noisy Fairy Tales. it has buttons that you can push along as the story told. those buttons make the sound effect for the story, like the sound of the pigs, hammer, people walking, etc.

Presenting a photoshoot of my full fleet collection of Tayside buses from the 1990’s to present day. Featuring representations of Tayside Public Transport Co. Travel Dundee, National Express (NatEx) Dundee, Xplore Dundee (initially NatEx, now McGills) and Tayside Greyhound (unrelated to Greyhound of Arbroath). The collection is a 50:50 split of Code 1 & 3 (out the box and altered/repaints) and represents both the stage fare service and coach fleet. Including; SK68 MBO, SP61 CTX, SP54 CHJ, also G199 EOG and two Code 3 Darts.
