The Tues/Thurs Monument Preschool classes had a fun field trip to Canyon View Park where they played on the equipment, walked around the lake, fed the ducks, and caught crawdads. They even got to pet some baby goats. Fun!
I teach a preschool art class one a week at a local preschool. We did printmaking today.
The kids loved it!
They even learned new words like "acetate" & "brayer" & "printing plate".
We did monoprints, veggie prints & glue relief prints.

Training and socialising of your puppy should start at the time you get them (usually six to eight weeks of age), although pups up to 16 weeks are able to participate. This will mean that your pup will be well adjusted at a later stage.
The Lost Dogs’ Home offers puppy preschool classes throughout the year, run through our Vet Clinic.
Classes run for four weeks and bookings are essential.
What’s Involved?
Participants quickly learn the basics of training using positive reinforcement methods.
At the end of the course your new pup will be able to obey basic commands such as ’sit’ and ‘drop’.
Puppies want to learn and will really enjoy discipline as long as it is applied in a fun and positive way. Our school demonstrates and teaches how to do this, both during class and, importantly, in your home, where the training learnt should be applied regularly.
Of course your pup will not only be the one to learn - you will too!
These include the legal responsibilities of dog ownership, the importance of proper identification and the choices available for this, the importance of good nutrition, the danger of poisons around the house and how to avoid them, plus discussions on worm treatment, dental care and grooming.

Morning and afternoon 4-year old preschool classes participated in a graduation ceremony as they prepare to enter kindergarten in the fall. Congratulations, to some of our littlest Bluejays!

Here is the preschcool class at the COTN school in Banta Mokelle. You can see the teacher in the background, named Auntie Kris. We are very inspired by her--she is blind but still manages to keep these little munchkins under control! They sang Dana a few songs in English, and she in turn taught them another.
LVCC's 235 preschool and Pre-K Counts students from our Allentown sites ran, jumped, and had a beautiful sunny day outdoors at the Rose Garden Park thanks to our friends at the Kiwanis Club of Allentown, along with the help of nearly 100 student volunteers from Allen, Emmaus, Parkland, and Salisbury Township High Schools.
A year has gone by. Our little Prideens have blossomed in every aspect and have enthralled everyone with their delightful acts throughout the year. Now, it's time to say goodbye to them and wish them for a future full of luck and success. As we bid farewell to our little Prideens, a party was organized for them. It was an occasion for the outgoing children to look back at the time that they spent at Mother’s Pride. Teachers and peers performed on various dance and music melodies. Prideens thoroughly enjoyed the day and rejoiced each moment of their last day together with their friends and teachers.
