It prays for you.

I was so incredibly surprised to see this when I was walking around at the drive-in movie theater. This tent is tucked away behind the concessions stand and I have no idea what it's there for. I only stumbled upon it because I took a wrong turn and had to take the long way back to the car.

I truly believe there is beauty all around us. Sometimes you have to look hard in order to find it. And sometimes it comes looking for you and surrounds you, and makes sure you don't miss what it is trying to tell you.

The cover that I made for my son's Siddur (Jewish Prayer Book). It shows a kid (a young goat). My son's name is Gadi, a variant of Gad, which in Hebrew means luck. It was the name of one of Jacob's (the biblical father of the Jewish people, and the source of the name 'Israel') twelve sons, and of one of the tribes of Israel (each tribe is named after one of Jacob's sons). It also happens to mean 'kid', and therefore was the obvious choice as an illustration for the cover. My son requested the olive branch. The Hebrew lettering says 'Gadi's Siddur'.
