Amazing poutine.

Poutine!

A local delicacy in Quebec City ! French fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with brown gravy and sometimes additional ingredients, in this case: sausage.

Here's some prairie poutine, you can see a fry and a half attached thanks to some shredded cheese (that's hardened, as I didn't eat fast enough).

La Fabrique Brasserie in Matane makes a fantastic poutine, and the house special with smoked meat and onions is my favorite :) Miammmmm!
