Chez Vachon is currently the only restaurant in Manchester (and only one of a few in the states) to serve the Quebecois dish Poutine (pronounced puts-in). Its a heaping of french fries topped with cheese curds and smothered in gravy.

 

It took me three days to eat through my serving. It might sound horrifying, but when its 20-below on a Montreal night, its bliss.
