Crinkle cut fries, soyrizo, cheese curds, and gravy. Off to the side is a mix of beans, onions, and salsa that sounded good, but not necessarily on the whole thing.

Shannon found some cheese curds at the Farmer's Market. We bought the fries from Five Guys. We had a Poutine Gravy packet we bought in Quebec years ago. We put it all together & made some delicious Poutine at home!

Joe tried the French-Canadian specialty poutine, which consists of French fries, cheese curds and gravy. It wasn't bad.

fries + gravy + cheese curd = poutine

that's fries, gravy and fresh cheese curds. I like a bit of ketchup on mine.

I'm not sure I'd buy poutine from a Greek restaurant, but I enjoyed looking at this illustration at the front of the order counter. There's something very 70's-ish Canadiana about it.
