Estamos a la vanguardia a nivel nacional en la implementación de la reforma penal, señaló el Magistrado Presidente del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado (HTSJP), Roberto Flores Toledano, al clausurar el Diplomado Teórico-Práctico “Sistema Penal Acusatorio Adversarial”, que se impartió por espacio de 120 horas en el Instituto Universitario Puebla de Atlixco.
El titular del Poder Judicial, reconoció la labor de la Magistrada Belinda Aguilar Díaz, por su trabajo y empeño al frente del Instituto de Estudios Judiciales del HTSJP, destacó que la impartición de cursos y diplomados para servidores públicos, estudiantes y postulantes, contribuyen a la importante tarea de transitar hacia el nuevo modelo de justicia, eficaz, imparcial y expedito, en un entorno de transparencia.
Flores Toledano, subrayó que mediante el trabajo coordinado con el Instituto de Estudios Judiciales, Puebla cuenta con la mejor capacitación, misma que permitirá afrontar los retos que la sociedad poblana hoy exige.
En el curso participaron 36 inscritos, quienes se actualizaron y capacitaron con las cátedras impartidas por los jueces del HTSJP:
Juez Lucio León Mata, Juzgado de Oralidad Penal y de Ejecución del Sistema Acusatorio Adversarial en Teziutlán.
Jueza Rosalva Elena Zarate, Juzgado de Oralidad Penal y de Ejecución del Sistema Acusatorio Adversarial en San Juan de los Llanos.
Jueza Rosa Celia Pérez González, Juzgado Segundo en Materia Penal, Puebla Capital.
Jueza Rosa Aurora Espejel Prado, Juzgado de Ejecución de Medidas para Adolescentes, Puebla Capital.
Jueza María Teresa Osorio Cuellar, Juzgado Especializado en Justicia para Adolescentes, Puebla Capital.
Juez Juan Jesús Gutiérrez Estrada, Juzgado de Oralidad Penal y de Ejecución del Sistema Acusatorio Adversarial en Teziutlán.
Juez David Rodríguez González, Juzgado de Oralidad Penal y de Ejecución del Sistema Acusatorio Adversarial en San Juan de los Llanos.

10.04.2010 Podczas podchodzenia do lądowania na lotnisku Siewiernyj pod Smoleńskiem rozbił się samolot z Prezydentem Lechem Kaczyńskim i Pierwszą Damą Marią Kaczyńską. Na pokładzie było wiele najważniejszych osobistości życia publicznego: posłowie, senatorowie, dowódcy sił zrbojnych, biskupi, przedstawiciele Rodzin Katyńskich. The tamarind pods could be found many places. Sometimes you'd even see them on the beach. At Betty's Hope we saw a sign nailed to a tamarind tree that said:
