As part of mt latest pod's passion, i designed this simple yet eye catching pods necklace.
The pod can be ordered in different colors, the one in the picture is pure silver.
The pod is created using a crochet needle and fine wires.
It is beautiful, airy yet firm, and most of all affordable.
The Pod's general dimensions are 1.6"/0.6"/0.6" (4/1.5/1.5cm).
The metal chain that comes with it is 16" (41cm) long .

I have yet to identify this plant.
Using a zoom lens I used a small depth of field to blur the background. Inspired by my shot of the pepper plant, I added a canvas texture in photoshop and altered the shadows and highlights a little to give more of a 'painting' quality to the image.
The stem is a little busy but I liked the yellow and blue colours so I chose to include them within the frame.

La Justicia Terapéutica: Medida alterna a la solución de conflictos

• La visión es generar un efecto positivo en las personas y evitar la reincidencia mediante un sistema alterno humanista
“La Justicia Terapéutica busca el bienestar psicológico de las personas que acuden al Sistema de Justicia, es aplicable como medida alterna a la solución de conflictos”, destacó Roberto Flores Toledano, Magistrado Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, en la mesa redonda denominada “La Justicia Terapéutica y sus posibles aplicaciones en México”
Añadió que este sistema de impartición de justicia lleva inmerso el buen trato hacía las personas y se analiza su aplicación e implementación en el Estado.
El panel moderado por el titular del Poder Judicial, estuvo conformado por las Magistradas Margarita Gayosso Ponce y María de los Ángeles Camacho Machorro, así como por el Magistrado José Octavio Pérez Nava, además de la Doctora Luz Anyela Morales Quintero y el Secretario Técnico del Consejo Estatal Contra las Adicciones, Carlos Lima.
Los participantes en este ejercicio, explicaron ¿Qué es la Justicia Terapéutica?, expusieron su visión y perspectiva sobre este sistema y destacaron las áreas de oportunidad para aplicarla en beneficio del sistema de justicia mexicano.
Este método fija una tendencia más humanista de la ley, con el nuevo Sistema Penal Acusatorio se requiere de nuevas actitudes para impartir justicia”, indicó el Magistrado José Antonio Pérez Nava.
Por su parte la Magistrada, María de los Ángeles Camacho Machorro, subrayó que la Justicia Terapéutica es aplicable en ámbito de la materia familiar, toda vez que las personas requieren ser escuchadas con atención.
Este evento se desarrolló como preámbulo de los temas a tratar en el II Congreso Iberoamericano de Justicia Terapéutica a celebrarse del 4 al 6 de diciembre en la ciudad de Puebla, donde participarán expertos de países como: Estados Unidos, Inglaterra, España, Portugal, Chile, Brasil y Argentina.
Con estas acciones el Poder Judicial del Estado se moderniza e imparte una justicia equitativa, eficiente y cercana a las necesidades de todos.
Por poder se entiende cada oportunidad o posibilidad existente en una relación social que permite a un individuo cumplir su propia voluntad.

Dolphins are social, living in pods of up to a dozen individuals. In places with a high abundance of food, pods can merge temporarily, forming a superpod; such groupings may exceed 1,000 dolphins. Individuals communicate using a variety of clicks, whistle-like sounds and other vocalizations. Membership in pods is not rigid; interchange is common. However, dolphins can establish strong social bonds; they will stay with injured or ill individuals, even helping them to breathe by bringing them to the surface if needed.
