EN MARCHA PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACIÓN Y MEJORA CONTINUA EN EL SEMEFO

El Servicio Médico Legal y Forense del Poder Judicial (SEMEFO) aplica indicadores nacionales e internacionales de competencia laboral a médicos legistas para mejorar la calidad en los servicios como lo exige el nuevo Sistema de Justicia Adversarial.
A través de este protocolo, los dictámenes periciales se realizan con todo rigor y método científico para la identificación de cadáveres de manera precisa y eficaz.
La directora del SEMEFO, Elia Cristina Quiterio Montiel afirmó que los servicios de la institución se ubican entre los mejores a nivel nacional, producto de la mejora continua, calidad y certificación de peritos.
Informó que la Cruz Roja Internacional donó al Poder Judicial un software para identificar a personas o cuerpos extraviados.
Puebla es uno de los tres primeros estados en la República Mexicana que lo implementa junto con Tlaxcala y Veracruz, dijo.
Capacitación de médicos legistas
Para enfrentar los nuevos retos que implica la puesta en marcha del nuevo sistema de Justicia Penal, el Servicio Médico Forense puso en marcha el programa de capacitación de peritos y médicos legistas en diversas regiones de la entidad.
Se Inició en la zona que comprende los municipios de Xicotepec, Huauchinango, Zacatlán, Tetela de Ocampo, Chignahuapan. Así como Teziutlán, Tlatlauquitepec, Zacapoaxtla, Libres, Oriental, Huehuetla, Tehuacán, Tepeaca, Tecamachalco y Ciudad Serdán.
La Titular del Servicio Médico Forense del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado señaló que el objetivo es lograr que los peritos y los médicos legistas sean capaces de emitir un informe pericial correcto, y posteriormente que cuenten con las bases para defender el dictamen y fundamentar científicamente su opinión, lo que garantizará de manera puntual la impartición de justicia en la entidad.
Quiterio Montiel aclaró que “todas las actuaciones médico legales y periciales tienen una norma de competencia laboral , así como una serie de protocolos que se tienen que observar de manera puntual, porque ya se utilizan a nivel nacional. El propósito es estandarizar y homologar la forma de emitir un dictamen pericial en todas las áreas.

Cocoa Pod on a cocoa tree at La Selva Biological Station at Sarapiqui, Costa Rica. The fruits of the cocoa tree are oval-shaped pods, ranging in color from yellow or green to red or violet. The football-shaped pods grow directly from the trunk and main branches of the tree - not from stems like apples, oranges and other familiar fruits. It takes 5-6 months for the pods to grow and ripen.

I was picking off the last of the yellow-necked caterpillars from the pin oaks this morning when I came across these teeny tiny pods. It looks like the mysterious creatures had already escaped.
I have no idea what they are, but my best guess is they belong to the yellow-necked caterpillars that I've battled yesterday. I could only find one drawing online of the eggs. Apparently, universities are content with their pre-macro lens digital photos and sketches from the 1800s.
I forgot already what these huge, foul smelling seeds are called - Monkey Pods? Monkey Beans? Monkey Seeds?
