Recipe:
Whole wheat pasta
Handful of Chopped Basil
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs sriracha
green onions
1 sml white onion
chiles (to spice +1)
tofu (firm preferred)
salt
1 eggplant
It's not a masterchef job, bit it still looks good.
Country roast chicken, beans, juicy corn, mashed potatoes & skins, roast onion and pan-cooked pumpkin braised in verjuice.
Yes, it tasted as good as it sounds.
A finished dish: Angel hair pasta topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic, all surrounded by lightly toasted baguette drizzled with olive oil.
Stand Development for 1 hour with HC-110 1:125 (or lesser.
Agitate for 1st 40 secs and agitate 3-5 secs at half-hour mark.
Fix 5mins. Initial agitation 1st min and subsequently 15secs for every 1min.
Everything in room temperature.

Aarh!! I was making this dish- which without wanting to sound arrogant- was truly delicious. Filet de daurade & small diced zucchini, red + yellow pepper with tons of fresh basil & sautéed gnocchi. Unfortunately when I was starting to put everything on the dish it did not turn out the way I wanted AT ALL!
So I am just showing a snippet this time :-)
I've never been too fond of this dish but he wanted to use my recipe... we'll see how it turns out...
