A beautiful ceramic/glass mural on the airport express platform at Kyoto Station. I have seen this several times, but since I have never used that particular route before, I never had a chance to get a good shot of it. I believe that is Yasaka Pagoda on the end (Hokan-ji).

A team looks on as their platform endures wind and waves.

La Sainte-Chapelle (The Holy Chapel) was commissioned by Louis IX (1214-70), Saint Louis, to hold his extensive collection of relics. Construction on the chapel began 1239, and it was consecrated 1248. The chapel held the Crown of Thorns, fragments of the True Cross, as well as the Holy Lance.

The chapel is built in the Rayonnant Gothic architectural style (running between 1240 and 1350).

The High Platform houses is located in kashgar of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. The pottery workshops on the High Platform have kept the original look of four to five hundred years ago. The craftsmanship and finished products remain unchanged. The potter-makers who look calm and composed as if they looked like this one hundred year ago working in the same posture as before.
