Actually, it was nighttime, but the occasion is called Valentine's Day, not Valentine's Night. I do not recall if the signs actually said anything. I could not make it out from the dark and rain and from driving nearby in my car. I thought they were kind of colorful and cute.

Probably the most well-known cliché shot from any Open House London, this is something I've wanted to see for 4 years now - but never made it until this Sunday. The atrium is within the Allen & Overy offices in One Bishops Square. The balls stretch up several floors and change colours, shortly after getting the nice reds it all went white until we'd left.

After the tornadoes in south central Nebraska that afternoon. Storms were still percolating and still severe enough to produce what I'm looking for... That wouldn't happen again that day... Oh the structure on those severe storms were truly photogenic. Some of the best Nebraska outflow boundaries of 2018 were in my viewfinder that day.
Though sick as a dog, I proceeded east and stayed ahead of these cells in case they produced again. These storm cells wouldn't give me any more Naders that afternoon, but it sure was fun to follow these remaining storm cells.

Time out day's are extremely good for my head.
Actually looking for productive things to do is much better than being pressured in to do them.

strangely, it only seemed to affect the blue pixels
and it was moving... like a "rain" of pixels... almost à la Matrix
Need a tool? Use a chromato.
...okay, okay, let me explain: a "chromatophore is a...uh, color-changing cell....that anoles (et al) use to change color. Get it? "What's a chromato for?" Chromatophore! Ha! Ahem.
Sepia treatment plus the full colour original. (Nikon pocket camera using the tilt screen to hold the camera way above my head.)

A late June Storm Chase with fellow SVLMedia Chaser Myles Nelson in the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Which would eventually takes us into Kansas and back into Nebraska.
We never did catch a tornado due the RFD getting undercut. Simply meaning that it wouldn't produce just south of Yuma Colorado via Hwy 59. Once the storm became outflow dominate it was picture perfect. We had made several stops on Hwy 36 Eastbound. Beautiful structure close to Kirk Colorado and south of Wray. Pure Storm chasing eye candy!!!
Once we got into Kansas by St. Francis and Bird City we were loosing light fast but the it was picture perfect for viewing this incredible storm cell.
We had a long drive back after the last light of the day and this storm was to intensify. It did, making our trip back a little more interesting than expected. This part is not on video, but we became the hunted as this storm really intensified. There was so much lighting being fired off we could see for miles and miles as the storm was picking up steam and moving to the northeast. Relentlessly following us on our heals ever inch of the way back we were getting concerned about out safely. Once we turned east via Hwy 89 back into the southwest portion of Nebraska, we came face to face with a Tornado on the ground close to Wilsonville and another possible one north of Beaver City. That was not in the plan for that evening and it definitely got our attention.
