This is FAC 208, the ticket to the ' Disorder' event 17 December 1988, which was held at the Hacienda after New Order's famous headlining gig at the G-Mex centre.
The catalogue number also applied to the party itself, also known as the 'E-Party'. I can't remember a thing about it, don't think I stayed that long - but the gig was a scorcher!

An ad for the not-very-well-mastered New Order compilations, "Singles", released on 3 October 2005 on Warners. The ad - presumably designed by Peter Saville - appeared in Q magazine.
Entrance to the former headquarters of Factory Communications.
In the words of Peter Hook "FAC251 - Built by Tony Wilson, Designed by Ben Kelly, Paid for by NewOrder, Broken by The Happy Mondays". The building is now a live music venue run by Peter Hook.

Love Will Tear Us Apart
Typeface: Bollivia Rosilla Script
When routine bites hard and ambitions are low
And resentment rides high, but emotions won't grow
And we're changing our ways, taking different roads
Then love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
Why is the bedroom so cold? You've turned away on your side
Is my timing that flawed? Our respect runs so dry
Yet there's still this appeal that we've kept through our lives
But love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
You cry out in your sleep, all my failings exposed
And there's a taste in my mouth as desperation takes hold
Just that something so good, just can't function no more
Then love, love will tear us apart again
Love, love will tear us apart again
Then love, love will tear it apart again
Love, love will tear it apart again

JRP | Ringier 2007
Utterly fabulous catalogue for Peter Saville's recent exhibition at the Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst Zürich, Switzerland.
FAC 203, "Twelve Inches of New Order" was Factory promotional gift ruler issued in August 1987.
It listed the 12 New Order 12-inch singles from FACT 200 (Substance).
The ruler is actually 13 inches long; an extra 1/2 inch on either end. It was rumoured to be an edition of just 60 "samples" (for an intended run of 1000 to be integrated with the gatefold edition of "Substance"), but I think many more were actually made - I had three at one point!
