I had my friend make me a spin off of the Peg Ringer tool. It cuts a 2mm ring around the broken peg hole on the inside of the pegbox. You then glue in a metal ring into that kerf and viola! WAY better than doing a cheek cut, bla bla bla...

Taken following a crib game over lunch back when I worked at Hudson circa 2003. Aaron (my evil and diabolical former boss) laid waste to the others as usual.
Keytracker mechanical “peg in – peg out” system board for up to 5 keys. Each moulded plastic track has five key positions, the port holes for each position will either have a “retention peg” or “access peg” securely locked in – only one peg can be locked in place therefore the keys or the staff members access peg will be visible. A stainless steel frame holds the Keytracker tracks together in the designated board size. Totally modular these can be easily re-sited or added to, providing you with a totally flexible management solution. Various colours available for both peg styles, engraving can either be alpha or numeric or a combination of both up to 3 digits, each staff member must have a peg to release a set of keys from the board; additional pegs are available separately if required if the standard quantity included is not sufficient. Automotive dealers may wish to add “Mirror Hangers” to their Keytracker board order; these clearly display the Keytracker board number on both sides, they are hung on the rear view mirror hanger of the vehicle whose keys are located on that peg number. These can be personalised to include logo’s, contact information, web address etc.
