Well, I wrote a really, really long description for this, but Flickr deleted it, and now I'm ridiculously tired. I'll try to re-write it tomorrow.

This is from a few weeks back because I've been so busy this week. I may go shoot tomorrow, but I'm not sure yet.

Day 296

My late night web surfing turned into an even-later-night editing spree. I have fallen waaaay behind on this project (again). I was supposed to be at 365 sometime in the spring. I really wanted to give up. I wanted so, so much to forget this ever happened and pack it in. I still do. It's so easy to get discouraged when the only promise you've made is to yourself.

Well, guess what? I did make a promise to myself. It may have been overly-optimistic, impulsive, and unrealistic; but I want to be the kind of person who honours their word.

So I guess this is happening. Again.

It was a privilege to be given permission to take one of White Bus's latest acquisitions to the Brooklands Summer Gathering, the only double decker in the fleet. The impressive vehicle boasts 3 axles, a 9 litre engine and 100 seats and is intended for use on school services and private hire.
