A magnificent bull elk pauses as he is about to cross the deep water portion of the Snake River. Taken in Grand Teton National Park off of Oxbow Bend Road. I love how the early morning sun lights of the tips of his antlers and face.

Alors que je m'apprêtais à prendre le chemin du retour (afin de respecter l'heure du couvre-feu 😕), j'ai aperçu toute une colonie de grues sauvages, plusieurs centaines, dans les prés qui bordent le Canal de la Meuse.

La photo a été prise vite fait, avec un objectif inapproprié mais je la partage quand-même, un moment d'émotion.
