Taken with 24-50 mm Minolta lens.
I can't help but wonder about the people at the end of the tunnel. Where are they heading? Perhaps to a secret cult meeting, or to some kinky orgy? Maybe it's a combination of the two? At any rate, this is indeed a photogenic tunnel as I've returned to photograph it several times.
A little trail on Mt. Tabor near the tennis courts.

From the place we stayed, we walked this path to reach Sayle's Seafood, where we got a dinner of world-class fish and chips both nights.

The town of Leigh-on-Sea is situated on the northern side of the estuary of the river Thames, only a few miles from the open waters of the North Sea to the east, and a similar distance from the Kent coast to the south. The coastal environs of the town feature a nature reserve at Two Tree Island and a centrally located beach. At low tide, Leigh's forshore becomes characterised by a wide expanse of mud flats and creeks, extending out towards the deep water channel of the Thames, (Yantlet Channel)

As I have practiced it, photography produces pleasure by simplicity, I see something special and show it to the camera. A picture is produced. The moment is held until someone sees it. Then it is theirs. Photography, alone of the arts, seems perfected to serve the desire humans have for a moment -- this very moment -- to stay. - Sam Abell, Stay This Moment : The Photographs of Sam Abell by Sam Abell
