A paved path in the Kew Gardens, London, UK is traversed by an elderly person in a striking translucent linen summer outfit. They appear to be somewhat lost, but in no particular hurry to find the right way.
Just walking around looking for pictures and saw this. Loved the shadows. I had to wait a little while for there to be no other people on the path. I tweaked the colors a lot to get it to look like the slide.
Shot with a Canon AE-1 Program on KODACHROME. Lens: 50mm or 28mm. Used a tripod, warming filter and/or a polarizer I think
Massachusetts is violently green this time of year. This path followed the outflow of the grist pond to the grist mill.
This wide path is the last section of the walk from Les Chaux to Alpes Des Chaux where we were staying.

One of the best things I did in 2014 and one I hope to do more often in 2015 and henceforth, knees willing.
Put in as part of phase 1 of the Selly Oak New Road scheme, this spur of road currently leads nowhere, as the proposed retail development on the former Birmingham Battery site has yet to be built.
