My sister Jan and I decided at the last minute to visit London hoping for a striking perspective.
Looking East from London Bridge taking in the Shard and HMS Belfast on the South Bank to Tower Bridge crossing the river Thames.
I used a Lee Pro Glass 0.6 Neutral Density Filter plus a Lee Pro Glass Enhancer Filter and a Lee Twilight Single Effects Filter.
Steep cliffs line the 5km stretch of beach along the Ohawe Beach to Waihi Beach walkway
There are some magnificent views with the steep cliffs running along one side and the Tasman Sea on the other.
Good walking at low tide and wonderfully rugged west coast beach, black sand, lots to explore, plenty of driftwood, great place to watch the sunset

The Sassi di Matera ("Stones of Matera" in English) are ancient cave dwellings in the Italian city of Matera, Basilicata. Situated in the old town, they are composed of the Sasso Caveoso and the later Sasso Barisano.
The Sassi originate from a prehistoric troglodyte settlement and are suspected to be among the first human settlements in Italy. There is evidence that people were living here as early as the year 7000 BC.
The Sassi are houses dug into the calcarenitic rock itself, which is characteristic of Basilicata and Apulia, locally called "tufo" although it is not volcanic tuff or tufa.
Matera is the only place in the world where people can boast to be still living in the same houses of their ancestors of 9,000 years ago.
Until the late 1980s this was considered an area of poverty, since many of these houses were, and in some cases still are, uninhabitable. Current local administration, however, has become more tourism-oriented, and it has promoted the regeneration of the Sassi with the aid of the European Union, the government, UNESCO, and Hollywood.

Pittsburgh panoramic skyline from along the Allegheny River.
The image highlights a wide-angle perspective of the city lit up at nautical twilight (sunrise on the left). It includes two of the Three Sisters, Andy Warhol Bridge (left) and Robert Clemente Bridge (right). It also includes Gulf Tower with a colorfully lit crown on the far left, next to it is U.S. Steel Tower (UPMC Building), the Highmark building on the right, the historical Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel, and so much more.
Luarca is one of the main towns on the Western Coast of Asturias. It is located at the mouth of the Negro river, encased in its banks, which gives it a peculiar layout, forcing the construction of many houses on the slopes of the hills that surround it. That is why Luarca has many viewpoints and that it is a place to admire from many different points of view, since they all have their charm.
