A large parcel was delivered, this is some of the packaging that was in the box. Five Daily Telegraphs and two Clitheroe Advertisers were screwed up around the items. Flattened and in the recycling box.

My husband has a convenience store addiction. It used to be super bad. He wouldn't be able to get in the car and go anywhere without stopping at a convenience store along the way to get a coke or a pack of smokes.
I began to notice it was a problem when he kept saying, "I'm thirsty" in the car, even if he'd just finished off 3 cokes before walking out the door.
I think he has gained some control over his addiction. Never-the-less, it's such a strange addiction that I thought I'd document it.
He was not opposed.
Jax Package, the first of a series, he has made it known, is his favorite quickie mart.

This is where I pack up my products - it works great. Though I need to cut down the extra dowel length!
2002 Mattel USA Catalog. This was a catalog given to store managers, a vendor catalog, with manufacturing numbers so store managers could order items to then sell in their stores. All items in this catalog should have a packaging date of 2001, the date on the Barbie box or fashion pack should be 2001. The photographs in this catalog are similar to production, press or prototype information so the actual dolls and fashions sold in store might be slightly different have different colors, etc. This is especially true for the cheaper items and playsets. special editions and store exclusives may not be listed here. Hi, ho, hi, ho, it's out the door you go! I just love doing a bit of packaging to make the whole thing a bit more special when you finally get to open it. That is, providing that the postman hasn't used it as football en route. Here's to hoping...
Cheers

So... I had a problem finding a good box to put my prints in, so I ended up making my own packaging. Inside is about 20 4x6's and the package is made with a Roundys bag and cardboard... Inkjet printer and tape. Lovely.
Funny story.
An artist came to my classroom today to teach a music lesson to prepare the kids for a trip we are going on next week.
She wrote the sentence "The man was carrying a large package" on the board.
(If you really want to know why - the kids had to say the sentence using different emotions.)
Anyway, someone who knows me intimately came in the room, saw me standing next to this after the artist had gone, and burst out laughing and said
"How did she know?"
(None of the kids heard this.)
