A new 50 storey residential building. Part of the redevelopment of the Bankside Yards area on the South Bank adjacent to Blackfriars. A Thameslink train is on the platform of Blackfriars Station, situated on the bridge with access to both north and south banks of The Thames. Through trains connect the south coast with the East Midlands including St Pancras International Station, London Gatwick and London Luton airports.
This wasn't the photo I wanted, infact it's not even close.
I know the composition is a lot like my last Opera House shot but I still like the photo. I like the clouds and the golden evening light setting above the horizon in the west.
