My main task is to provide First Level Support in the IT department including setting up accounts for new employees and providing IT equipment. On top of that I manage the access rights and respond to the usual IT emergency calls like 'My phone/printer/PC/software does not work.' The best part of my job is the well-attuned team and the diversity of my tasks that create a challenging and individual working environment.”
