This is what happens when you try to take a picture of a hailstorm at 2:30 am, through a window, using flash.
firebreathing bullfrog by using a long exposure and a delayed flash - slightly (!) messed up by muggins here not getting my hand with the torch out of frame in time - still it makes for an interesting shot. (No stuffed toy animals were harmed during the taking of this photograph)

We just finished putting our Christmas village together and of course, I wanted to take pictures. I snapped some trees, some cars, some houses--- and then BAM! Here is two Grannies just standing there kissing right outside Kelly's Pub... irony? I think not...

Somehow my doll collection has substantially increased during the last few months.

This is the skirt that stretched so much within 20 minutes of putting it on, that it falls off now. Going to have to make it in a smaller size next time.
Roads ARE a bit slick , People !!! Silver car had to do a bit of adjusting when he slid into the corner , obviously going too fast for conditions .He IS VERY lucky I am not a policeman.
Luckily , the black car behind him saw he was in trouble and applied his brakes .

We saw this off in the distance while we were fishing out of Morris Point on Lake of the Woods, so we decided to check it out. Someone tried to drive over or through a snowbank. There was plenty of ice...needed an auger extension to punch holes, but this guy hit a week spot.
The poor lady lost direction when entering the Llangollen canal,entered side on from a height and ended up capsizing the khaki
he felt because it was very wet on the ground and he slipped, but no problem... he stood up in a second:)
Animals taking turns at a waterhole. Tsavo, Kenya.
A watering hole is an amazing place. All you have to do is to sit somewhere safe with your camera and just wait to be endlessly entertained. It's like a zoo that comes to you.
There are interesting interactions both within and between species. Animals have their systems worked out, and they follow a logical approach.
