Many years ago, while doing some routine paper shredding, I accidentally sent a paper through that had this $10 bill tucked inside.
Oops.
I quickly realized my mistake, but not before a sizable bite had been taken from the bill.
So as a cautionary tale, I framed the remains and set it on the desk next to the shedder.

Crab Spider

As I went to unlock my door, I noticed this crab spider posturing at me, hanging onto the brick by its back legs while leaning back and splaying out its front. Then it fell backwards into this web that was right there. Yes, I laughed - couldn't help it. 8)
The weaver of the web immediately ran out to investigate, but found itself intimidated by the size of this one and retreated halfway to its hiding spot in the crack there. I of course grabbed my camera and flash to share the event with you guys. ;-)
Does she have a belly button?? I mean, I know spiders don't, but what is that? Not the spinnerets - over by her belly.
Oh, and Saturday I saw a spider poop. No lie.
