At 8:40 PM on the evening of July 5, 2019, westbound manifest 34A derailed the first 11 cars as it entered the main arc of Horseshoe Curve. The three locomotives remained on the rails and the crew was unharmed. Track One remained open at restricted speeds as contractors began the cleanup process.
34A was 141 cars long. The first 11 cars were empty, and there were no real helpers.

A446 put the rear truck of it's leading unit on the ground. As far as I saw & heard, it wasn't the crews fault.
This little delay held a few trains up around the Neenah Sub for a while.

Perhaps a Dalek isn't an entirely unexpected celestial object. Anyway, that's what the We're Here! group are up to on Sunday 18 February 2018. This would have been on time but it took a while to beam the image to Houston and then an age to beam it from there to Shropshire, England.

Four people suffered minor injuries when a double-decker bus crashed into a railway bridge in west London.
The rail replacement bus service was taking passengers from Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction when it crashed on Old Oak Common Lane in Acton.
Transport for London (TfL) said the bus was not on its "approved route" during the incident at 1745 BST on Sunday.
