After getting a lot of wedges north of Harrisburg we ended up finishing the day chasing a 590 south. It would have been a nice and pleasant chase until this happened... Right next to 3 Mile Island they struck a tree and stopped to clean up. After cleaning up the chase was easy as they were running under a speed restriction to look out for debris.
It's not as bad as it looks. These have been collected over an extended period. Say, well over a month!
I swear, I did NOT shove him...hard!

We bought these at the pet store the other day. I completely forgot about them and have been racking my brain all day for what to do for the prompt. Hubby gets home around 10pm and I ask for a suggestion and he presents this adorable idea. These are actually vegetarian muffins that were marked down at the pet store.

This is a common brown rat. They may be common but you don't exactly meet a rat every day when you take a walk in the forest. It suddenly appeared on the scene when I was taking photos of the squirrels at Monrepos. I had the impression that the rat lived in a wood pile right under a bird feeder which visitors of the area usually keep well filled, a strategically well chosen spot for a rat home.
