After a couple of months, the vacation is over

For my birthday my sister and brother-in-law got me a RED SWINGLINE STAPLER!!!!! Yes I am a fan of Office Space. I figured I would get a couple of good shots of it on my desk, and since I had not much going on today, I did just that.

 

Just to prove it, I had to get a shot just of the name plate.

The EXIT 08 exhibition in GL STRAND presents works by this year’s graduation students from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art and draws a vivid picture of the contemporary Danish art scene.

 

The lights in our office space were bothering me, shining right into my eyes. So I moved my desk once again, had the bulbs over my desk removed and hung up a "kanga" to block the lights across from me. Now it is like home sweet home.

Building 3 is formed for the first phase of elevated structural concrete deck, and the second phase elevated deck pour will be moving toward the Lake Street edge by the end of July.

 

Building 4 has much of its sub grade structure in place with a move toward the elevated structural deck by the end of August.

 

Subgrade utilities for LIPA, Verizon and Cablevision are completed at 70% of the site along with the same percentage of sewer and storm connections to on site drainage structures.

 

Four (4) large workstations available within bright, open office space shared with architectural firm located in famous property located atop subway station in the heart of fashionable TriBeCa neighborhood. Space features northern light/views (facing Midtown), shared use of two (2) conference rooms, reception, pantry. Space measures 1,500 sf and asking rent is $32.00/sf, $4,000/month.
