There’s a great authenticity and richness to the R&R structure. They couldn’t help but add some personality to the 25,000 square feet of space. Think old industrial shop running smack dab into modern design. While they’ll remain true to its industrial roots, they’ve also given it a makeover to match their personality. Expect pops of color, loud music and ping-pong. Lots and lots of ping-pong.

Gables One is a 12-story, 200,000 sq. ft. office building that has been revitalized in recent years. Now features multipurpose conference facilities with video-conferencing, on-site dining and coffee shops, underground and surface parking, as well as on-site management and leasing. The high-rise building has been a staple in the Coral Gables community for years, and serves as home to several University of Miami administrative offices.

Smallish, but workable as a conference room. the kitchen underneath is as large and can be used as a conference room as well, with projecting possible against the white corridor wall. A sofa bed here for those late working nights will work well.

When Provision first saw the space, the previous tenant had seven foot tall cubicles pressed up against the windows. Provision cut the cube size in half, moved the workspace away from the windows, and created stunning 360 degree views of the Valley for the staff.
